Shipping policy

Franz and Grubb cares about what we ship out. Each order is professionally packed using equipment from world packaging leader Storopack, and we pack everything as if it was the last of its kind. This is a small shop and we try to make sure your parts arrive in pristine condition. 

There is a surcharge on shipping oil, up to six quarts $8.95, and full case $14.95. We ship UPS ground and all oil is sealed in bags inside a sturdy cardboard box. Oil can also be picked up at the shop if you are local. All Hylomar products are shipped UPS ground, and can not be shipped overseas.

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and sometimes other carriers. If you have a preferred method of shipment just add it in your order notes or email us at info@fagengine.com.

Some of the products we sell are in limited quantities. They may be out of stock temporarily, on order, or back ordered from the manufacturer. If everything is in stock we will normally ship in one day. If there is a delay in shipping we will notify you and ask how to proceed.
